Specifications
- Size: Full banner 1000x160 pixels; Box banner 400x180 pixels;
- On screen, viewing depends on size and resolution of the device. We recommend that text is legible when viewed at 50%.
- File type: png, jpg or gif; No moving banners; rgb-colors for optimum display: cmyk-colors (eps files) can cause strong deviations in color;
- File size: not important (if necessary, we reduce file size while maintaining image quality);
- A hyperlink of your choice is embedded below the banner; by default, the banner links to your company page on our website;
- You may supply various banner ads; we will show one banner at a time and rotate the banners at random. The hyperlink remains the same;
- Multiple ad campaigns can be scheduled, each with their own hyperlink. Please include beginning and end dates for each banner ad;
- We will create one banner ad for you free of charge once a year, using the materials and specifications you provide us with (logo, image, tag line, font, etc.);
- Note: Discounts apply if you combine an exposure package with a banner ad;
- Note: We recommend that you include a link with tracking codes (easily created using for example bitly.com or tinyurl.com) in order to track and analyze the results of your online campaigns.

Terms and conditions
Paid packages are subject to contract. Contracts are valid for a minimum of 12 months and are automatically renewed unless terminated by written notice at least one week prior to renewal. Payments for exposure packages are due annually in advance.
You will be notified of impending renewal at least one month in advance. Contracts may be terminated no later than one week before renewal. You may do so by changing your online profile to an unpaid profile, or by notifying us by email. If you choose to send us an email, we will immediately acknowledge receipt of your notification.
You will not be charged for paid items that you remove from the website within 8 days.
As soon as you confirm your choices, your entries will appear online. Because the contract is effective immediately, payment is due within 30 days. In case your payment is more than 30 days late, your company profile will be rendered invisible (and unfindable) until you have fulfilled your contractual payment obligation.
LABinsights.net reserves the right to refuse to publish a profile and/or advertisement and to terminate contracts. Solids Processing does not accept any liability for the content of the profiles and/or advertisements it publishes.
