MIXOMAT mini laboratory blenders – Fits even in the smallest

MIXOMAT drum blenders are used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries for the blending and pre-blending of bulk materials. Among others, they are ideal for not optimally free-flowing powders and granules. The Mixomat drum blender program is modularly designed and includes blenders for all types of container sizes and applications.
The smallest blender, the Mixomat mini (the latest development from Fuchs) is ideal for blending small quantity batches or carry out on-demand blending using containers of 0.5 to 2 litre capacities to process bulk materials of 2 kg/l maximum specific weight and 2 kg working load. This blender is fitted with the same characteristics of the large-sized drum blenders and can be directly used on site or in laboratory environment.
The blender is fitted with the same functionalities as her bigger MIXOMAT-brothers: the blending drum is filled to a maximum of 70% of its capacity and rotated around its own axes during a preselected blending time. Because the blending drum is mounted at an inclined position on the drum holder, the blending effect is three-dimensional. Blending is carried out gently and free of residuals.
The container is fastened with an adjustable Velcro tape and secured by a contactless proximity switch i.e. the blending process can only be started when the hood is closed. Blender housing and container holder are completely made of stainless steel 1.4301 and their surfaces are polished.
The Mixomat mini laboratory blender is fitted with a control unit including a digital timer to set the blending time between 1 s and 999 h and a speed regulation between 0 and 160 rpm. A powerful 110 - 230 V single-phase DC geared-motor delivering a torque of 2 Nm drives the blender. The blender is supplied with a mains cable and optionally with a CH, US or EU plug.
The Mixomat mini blender is supplied with a white polypropylene 0,5, 1,0 or 2,0 litre container with screw cap with no narrowing at the top of the winding.
